Correct answer: (c) Rahmat Ali

Explanation

A Cambridge University student, Chaudhry Rahmat Ali, wrote a pamphlet in 1933 titled Now or Never; Are We to Live or Perish for Ever? In it, he demanded a separate national status for a new identity, which he named Pakistan. [In his pamphlet, Chaudhry Rahmat Ali used the word ‘Pakstan’ (PAKSTAN), which was later called ‘Pakistan’ (PAKISTAN).] The word “Pakistan” was formed from the first letters of Punjab, Afghan Province, Kashmir and Sindh, and the last three letters of Balochistan— P - Punjab
A - Afghan Province (North-West Frontier Province)
K - Kashmir
S - Sindh
Tan - Balochistan
