Refund and cancellation policy

In short

Payments for Pro are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time: nothing more is charged, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Everything free on the site stays free whether or not you pay.

Cancelling a subscription

• Cancel from your account on the site, or from the UPI Autopay mandate in your UPI app. You can also message us and we’ll cancel it for you.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn’t end the current period early, and there is no refund for the part of the period that is left.
• Your saved mocks and analysis are kept. They come back if you subscribe again.

One-time passes

A pass is paid once, for a fixed period, and doesn’t renew. It can’t be cancelled or refunded once bought.

Failed or incomplete payments

If money leaves your account but the payment fails, or Pro isn’t turned on, the payment was never completed. Your bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it hasn’t come back by then, message us with the payment details.
