The quickest way to reach us is our Telegram channel, @bpscpyqandnotes. Message us about your account, a payment, a subscription you want cancelled, or anything else.
A mistake in a question
Use Report a problem on the question. It sends us the exact question, so we can check it and fix it for everyone.
Payments
For a payment problem, include the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in the receipt Razorpay emails you) and the date you paid. The refund and cancellation policy explains cancelling and refunds.
Your data
You can download your data yourself from Settings. To have your account deleted, message us on Telegram; the privacy policy explains what is erased.
