Correct answer: (d) All of the above

Explanation

During the First World War, Indian revolutionaries made a plan to procure arms and ammunition from Germany with the help of Indians living abroad. This came to be known as the “Hindu–German Conspiracy”, also referred to as the “Zimmermann Plan”. Lala Har Dayal, Bhupendranath Dutt, and Virendranath Chattopadhyay were connected with this plan. With German support, they established the “Berlin Committee / Berlin India Committee” in 1914. In 1915, this organization came to be known as the “Indian Independence Committee”.
