Which Indian freedom fighter said, 'We will not achieve any success in our labours if we croak once a year like a frog'?

Correct answer: (d) Bal Gangadhar Tilak

Explanation

Bal Gangadhar Tilak mocked the Moderates' politics of annual sessions and petitions: "We will not achieve any success in our labours if we croak once a year like a frog." He wanted continuous work among the people instead: mass meetings, the Ganapati and Shivaji festivals, swadeshi and boycott.

Tilak edited *Kesari* (Marathi) and *Mahratta* (English). Valentine Chirol called him the "father of Indian unrest".
