The All-India Muslim League was founded in December, 1906 at Dhaka. The Nawab of Dhaka, Salimullah Khan, played an important role in its foundation. In 1907, the annual session of the Muslim League was held at Karachi, and in 1908 at Amritsar. After this, the sessions of the Muslim League continued to be held irregularly in different cities. However, the Bihar Public Service Commission, in its answer key, considered option (d) as the answer to this question, which is not correct.
