Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (b) I and II

Explanation

In Part IV of the Constitution, Article 39(d) provides for equal pay for equal work for both men and women, and Article 44 lists a Uniform Civil Code for citizens. Article 350A gives a special directive regarding instruction in the mother tongue at the primary stage. However, it is not included in Part IV; its effect is similar to a Directive Principle, and it is also not enforceable on the State.
