Explanation

Article 13 provides that the State shall not make any law which takes away or abridges the Fundamental Rights granted in Part III. If any law is made in violation of Fundamental Rights, it shall be void to the extent of such violation. Article 32 relates to the Right to Constitutional Remedies. Article 245 deals with the extent of laws made by Parliament and the Legislatures of States. According to Article 326, elections to the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies shall be on the basis of adult suffrage.
